Administrative Staff

Mrs. Nadine Wellington
Director of School Ministries (Principal)

Mrs. Wellington holds a Master’s Degree in Supervision and Administration from Johns Hopkins University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Towson University. She has completed past–graduate courses at Lincoln Christian College. Mrs. Wellington was employed by the Harford County Public School System for 20 years and has been served as the Director of School Ministries since 2001.

Mrs. Melissa Lindner
Elementary School Assistant Principal

Mrs. Lindner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland where she is also completing her Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision. Since 2002, Mrs. Lindner has served MCS in numerous professional roles including teacher, mentor, enrichment specialist, and now assistant principal.

Mrs. Deena Ruff
Middle School Assistant Principal

Mrs. Ruff holds a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Bible from Lee University. She taught middle school language arts for 13 years in the public school system before being hired to teach 8th grade language arts at MCS. Mrs. Ruff has been teaching at Mountain since 2006 and is currently serving as the middle school assistant principal.
